Hi,
When I was awaiting my application to show medical passed status, it got updated to "Your Action is required". No messages were received from CIC detailing what action is required.
Medical status reads "If you need a medical exam, you will receive a message"
BG Check status reads "your application is in prpgress. We will send you a message when we start your background check"
Should I report this as a technical problem on MyCIC ? It's been happening with people since June. For some, it got rectified in 3 days after reporting this issue.
Others have been getting the same status for about a month, per another thread on the forum.
Please advise!

I had raised a technical query with CIC on the 22nd of July, I passed meds on the 26th. I had a reply from them the same day (26th) informing me that it's a technical glitch. BGC status is NA2 now

Under the "View my submitted applications or profiles" in the column "Details" I have the following message "Your Action Is Required"? If i click on "Check status and messages" there is no messages. What does it mean? thanks in advance

Actually in my case in my application when I logged in today, I saw a message of "Your Action Required". To investigate it when I clicked on "View Submitted Application". A new placeholder of "Kit, Application forms" is displaying with an overdue status (9th September 2018). Though between 9th September till 20th November I logged in multiple times and didn't see anything required from my side. Now I am seeing this. Now placeholder is displaying but there are no instructions or requirement that what kind of document CIC required from me. Even on the page of "Application status and messages" there is no requirement against "Review of additional documents", like its still displaying as "We do not need additional documents."

You have to wait. Sometimes, this is a glitch on the system. For me, I received an email to submit additional documents. Once I submitted those papers, it erased "Your Action is Required"
