By now, the draw ought to be uploaded. This is unusual.
Any volunteers?? Call up IRCC, they must all be jam packed in their centralised panic room.
Something must have happened; a Tsunami engulfed the IRCC building, Earthquake demolished it, the frost bit it or the fire smelted it. Maybe a meteor just hit it.

Fellas, this brave lady deserves a big applause and commendation. I have never ever heard a hue of negativity emanate from her, despite all the odds.
How you manage to retain that consistent level of optimism, simply beats me. Hats off to @andieangel !!

For all those who are feeling shitty about the draw not happening until now:

We do not have control over the past and we cannot always change the way the cards are dealt. But we can always learn to play the game well anyways!

Cherish this moment. It won't last long. The draw will happen!

Because there were so many draws last couple moths, CIC ended up with lots of application. It was making the process slow. Now they are delaying the draw to keep the process fast. At the end of the day it will take same time so don't worry. Its late draw today then fast processing tomorrow.

It makes sense! I agree also that this could be the reason for delay of the draws. And I also think that once they get things moving it will be fast!
