Something must have happened; a Tsunami engulfed the IRCC building, Earthquake demolished it, the frost bit it or the fire smelted it. Maybe a meteor just hit it.

Because there were so many draws last couple moths, CIC ended up with lots of application. It was making the process slow. Now they are delaying the draw to keep the process fast. At the end of the day it will take same time so don't worry. Its late draw today then fast processing tomorrow.
Don't have an NOI either. I guess il have to postpone my plans for next year.
I was at 364, worked hard to pump up my IELTS score (which was delayed by a month!) to 433. I was so hopeful, but I guess it's just tough luck. I feel mentally exhausted now.
Interesting to note the outcomes of immigrant children from their education system. But given they only choose the cream of the crop it's not a surprise.
The FBI certificate was taking too long. Would have missed the 90 day mark.
Thought decline and fresh start will keep things clean and straight without LOE n stuff! Not sure if that was a great step given the draw scenario so far.
Dear I know I'm not a contender for any of the next 5-6 draws having lost 10 points recently. But then I was still hoping that the next 5-6 months wud be promising.
I can understand what folks with scores above 400 wud be going thru when they actually saw it coming down to 413.
Many of us made so many real time calculations using the data available and this "No draw" thing is not just fitting into those calculations

I did the same, I declined my ITA on 18th July with the expiry date of July 19th thinking there could be a draw on 19th or on July 26th and I will get a new ITA, but there you go, unpredictable CIC..... still waiting for ITA, sitting on 458.....
And on top of all received the FBI PCC on 19th in the evening.
