Hi There, I have the same NOC. And sitting at CRS 430. It's strange how you didn't get an ITA if you created your EE profile in Dec, as the cut off has fallen well below your CRS in the past months.... ?? So what has happened?
I 'm hoping to get an ITA in the next couple of months too by Oct or Nov. There's a really good chance. Also, there's talk about OINP not opening up again until a couple of months, so if plan A doesn't happen, OINP is plan B anyway.
If I were you I would sit and wait until Nov. And you'll 99% get one or the other. Not sure about the benefits of recreating a profile, but withdrawing and creating a new profile would surely put you at a disadvantage in case a draw cuttoff was 433.

Guys, sorry, this might be a noob question: If I am interested in OINP, In the application details of EE, would checking the Ontario option (in the provinces of interest) be sufficient to get an EOI from Ontario ?Or should I separately apply on their page ?
