Maintenance managers perform some or all of the following duties:
Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
Co-ordinate cleaning, snow removal and landscaping operations
Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services
Plan and manage a facility's maintenance budget
Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
Employment requirements
Maintenance managers require completion of a college or university program in electrical or mechanical engineering or in another discipline related to building maintenance
or
An equivalent combination of technical training and experience in building maintenance.
Several years of supervisory experience in facility operations or maintenance are usually required.
One of my friends cic is going to expire next month but the sinp is in process stage so will it be any problem if he will not get the nomination from sinp within these due course of time will his file will get affected in sinp
All the seniors of the forum.....pls answer...I have a confusion reg pof for sinp expressentry ie Do I require to attach a 6 months bank statement at the time of apply when sinp EE opens next ....or...after I receive an ITA , I am supposed to attach pof.....when do the authorities check pof.....initially on submission itself or after we getting ITA & then applying.....pls....help...

POF should be 3 months prior to the date of submission of the SINP. For example, SINP open date 1st September then, you should have required fund on 1 June or before that. I hope you are getting my point.
Thanks....for a quicker response.... The problem is , we r a family of four(app 12 lakhs).....I have half the amount as FD which is over 3 months.....but the other half is not in my account..... Any solution in this matter......my parents r ready to help me.....what can be done further????Pls reply......

Better wait for 3 months rather than submitting incomplete file. They will surely reject. $300 application fee will not be refundable. There's no shortcut. All the best.
