I assume, CRS cut off would be around 438 and above considering it is a 3 weeks gap. BUT I wish and pray it closes as low as possible

I have been trying move to Canada since 2009..
I wish it goes much lower than this number.
but that what statistics got me 441

I think Canada has changed its policy as they got in 2017 so far more than they got in both 2016 & 2015 together.
so I think they are slowing down and reducing the number of ITAs with more gap in between.

My 'prediction' is 436-437. It surely has to drop below 440 though

Guys two days back when I checked my application status is updated, though I didn't do any updates. Now it shows the status as submitted.
