I also wrote to OINP.technical-POCI.technique@ontario.ca and they never replied. I then wrote to ontarionominee@ontario.ca and they replied indicating that they didn't receive any of my documents (and that it was a "random" issue, funny eh?) so I emailed them to an email address they provided. I would suggest to check with them before sending all this sensitive information to any of those mailboxes, so first confirm with them if they received or not your documents.
I submitted my application for OINP on the 22nd of July and its status changed to 'assessment' on the 26th. However, after going through a lot of threads, I realised that I had only uploaded a digital copy of my passport photograph and not a scanned copy of the actual photograph's back with my name and DOB on it. Has anyone received a nomination in a similar case? Should I just scan and send a photograph upfront without them asking for it?
If you read the Application Guide: Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream "oi_en_hcps_010517.pdf", it doesn't say anywhere that you should put your name or your date of birth behind your photo. They ask only for your passport phot to be scannedn and named with your name, for example, “John Smith passport photo.jpg”.
Hello,
Does anyone know if they go by first come first served applications.
Mine is still in Assessment since July, 21. It was submitted in July, 11.
Any clarification will be much appreciated it.
Regards,

IRCC and OINP are too unpredictable, nobody can guess anything about them. You can see the ROH 68 thread for an example of that. People daily do a lot of predictions there but all in vain, some are even champion members! I wish you find your answers one day!

Hi guys, happy to join this thread and this is my very first post btw. My representative just informed me that they created One-key account for me and I already had Application number but they have been facing error regarding their portal account so they cannot upload my documents. They have tried to contact OINP 3 times and still haven't got any reply. Any recommendations here my friends? My representative created One-key account for me before OINP announced the hold on the intake. Hope OINP will re-open soon and we all get nominations.
I can only answer for the OINP stages. You will not get any email notification until nomination stage. If you are approved (nominated), you will receive an email from CIC that there is an update to your EE profile.
So yes, you need to check your OINP account like crazy! For every stage is a test of patience.
