OINP - EE - Human Capital Priorities Stream - Comprehensive Guide

Hello,

I have got an NOI from Ontario but now the OINP's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream has closed their application intake. Any idea when this will re-open? Is there a pattern to open/re-open it. Since I have only six months from the date I receive NOI to apply I am really concerned. Please revert!

Thank you for the prompt reply! My consultant says since it is written " Hold on intake" and not mentioned as closed, it might re-open within weeks. How much is the probability?

That could also happen after they have cleared the July applications. For the meantime, prepare all the documents to upload.

2-3 months

When they closed HCP in January last year, they resumed sending NOIs around April. They may open earlier after processing all pending applications since they received huge number after the ICT week, which caused their website to be down almost everyday.

From immitracker, 44 out of 79 cases who submitted from 01-July are still in Assessment. This is too bad

12 - DIP
8 - Acknowledgement received.

From June onward.
But some people have not updated the tracker yet.
