It asks me to disclose the name of the agent, while I have got none. Failure to disclose agent could negatively affect decision? Seriously? I am applying myself, will that .negatively affect my application?

I got refused from september intake 2017 my agent did not give me past study permit questuonarrie form now i am reffilling my case for september session again by my self now what i should mention at questionarie form it should be clear or not

If you dont have a agent then just say NO. You dont need to complete any extra form if you are not using a representative/agent. Do you know why your visa was rejected last time? Did your agent apply for CAIPS for you?
