Lmao mine is still in App recieved since i recieved my Aor on july 7.
Wondering why it takes so long for some cases. I have had any reason or did u call them??

Hi Warka,

i have almost same timeline as yours, my AOR was on july 7th, and looking at the spreadsheet we see that the average time to get "in process" after AOR is 5-7 days, I don't know what happened with my application, and few others with same time line. Even june candidates got their application in process earlier than me. No i didn't call them, i would suggest you to wait few more days, hopefully your application status will change to "in process" soon......

I'm an Oakville applicant and I was wondering which IRCC office takes care of my application. I always thought it was Mississauga office but now that I see Oakville applicants doing better than Mississauga ppl on the sheet on previous months I started to think there might be other IRCC office taking care of Oakville applicants. I wonder if one of the Oakville applicants who already took the test can provide this info.

I think Mississauga is the only office that process citizenship applications for the entire GTA. other than Mississauga there is just one office "Vegrevile" that handle applications for PR.

This is my time-line:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on April 20, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on May 5, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on May 12, 2017.

if you are really concerned you can order ATIP notes to see whats going on if not just wait patiently

if i was you i would order these notes to check what concerns they might have

I received multiple replies from others regarding Oakville applicants and it looks like my office is Hamilton.

Maybe but if you have a look at this link, it clearly says there are only two processing centers in GTA . One of which is for PR applicants.

it takes 30 days to get it

select privacy act and its free of cost

select email option to get it
