Hey guys. We just realized that two forms we sent were updated June 2017. I would swear we had everything updated, but now I looked at the kit and the IMM 0008 and IMM 1344 were updated in June this year. We probably submitted the previous versions of those two forms. My question now would be, will they return the sponsorship application? Or is there any way to fix it while they haven't processed it yet, nor checked it's complete?

On what date your application was received by IRCC. I believe if they receive before 15th july there should be no problem. But IRCC people are unperdictable.

They received it July 26, 2017. We did provide the new checklist, but I swear we didn't see the other ones were updated in June too, I just saw it today. I really thought I had double checked the forms were updated

I'm in the same boat. Really hope it's not an issue. Assuming the date beside the form number on the bottom left of the page is when it was updated.

Yes, that is when they are updated. So yours are not from June 2017 as well?

No my IMM0008 is from 03-2017 and my IMM1344 is from 07-2016.

I just downloaded the new ones to compare them though and the only difference on the 0008 is that you can add dependents directly to that one (which I have none of anyway), and on the 1344 they included the cosigner (also don't have cosigner) details on that form. So hopefully based on the fact that there is no information they're asking for that I haven't provided it's not a problem.

My wife will call them tomorrow to see if there's something we can do or what. I read sometime ago that someone just sent them the updated forms or whatever it was they were missing before they got their package looked at and they avoided getting it returned that way. I'll see what they say tomorrow
