Congrats on your nomination
i think i answered it "Yes" as well, I thought they are actually asking for equivalence to Canadian degree like WES report, but your comment seems to be a concern now
Hello jchoudhury,
Do not worry about that, because they already know you probably checked that by mistake. Since you got nomination, that shows that they went through all your DOC and you were eligible.
Congratulations !
may I ask how long it took you to get nomination ?
NOC and CRS also if possible ?
I cannot get how you did it ...I mean if you have selected Canadian education.. you shouldn't go through your equivalence for education and its layout like : ECA details ,code,WES mentioning etc...so did you go through those or not ?
For those that were having issues with the attachments after submission, was it fix for you or did you received any response from the technical support team? My attachments are still not there and I haven't received a response from the technical support team (I sent an email 2 weeks ago ...still waiting) and my status is still submitted since July 13
I am an Electronics engineer NoC 2133 which is a regulated profession in Canada, do i need to provide and get some license or proof of license for OINP application?

this is not how it works in OINP application, they just ask you to enter your education and select yes or no for canadian degree
for Equivalence , you need to attach it in documents section only and they do not ask for report number as they do while creating express entry profile

Talked about this a lot through the threads here bro...the conclusion is : you cannot submit your application without attachments -regardless on their content- hence its most probably a cosmetic glitch ..i.e you do not see attachments after submission but they did receive them ..and if they didn't then for sure its their system issue.. as its should not allow you to submit without attachment ..so anyways they will ask you for any documents if they needed any ...
Who said so ? That is what i am exactly talking about here ...
If you selected "NO " for the Canadian education related question they will ask you for all these details ...
1)Did you get ECA?
2)What is the associated # ?
3)When ?
4)From where ?

damn, i was wondering why did not they ask for it , looks like a clear mistake on my side, i have already sent them my ECA report through WES portal though so hopefully it does not delay anything

Hopefully ...we dunno what are the entire metrics they use for associated decision(and if the Canadian education is a real deal here) ..yet in the attachments for education ..they should realize its not a Canadian one...hence if they accepted it like that ..then it is what it is...

Read my previous post here ...It depends on how they set metrics in the background regarding Canadian education ...but logically speaking they should have known from the attachments in the educations section...and if they assessed it all successfully then again logically speaking it should not be an issue.
