That is what I am little concerned about. Lots of folks have reported getting PPRs in 5-6 weeks of AOR, and these are folks with AORs in June and July. We are in a time crunch here, so I want to avoid doing anything that pushes us back. 2-4 weeks for CSE documents to be uploaded seems very long based on current standards.
Although, I would obviously choose safety over speed, if that is the question.
In every lot there will be a few application which will be processed way faster, but that is not the norm. Most application will take 3-5 months to be processed, and then there are some which take even longer. As long as you have submitted you documents, your file is in order, you are all good. No need to worry.

Ok thanks. ANother question is around employment. If I wanted to resign now and go on vacation before I look to move to Canada, and raise a CSE when I do resign, will that raise any alarms there or would it be taken normally?

Okay, so most likely you will see some change in Background check in a day or two. That will be your IP1 stage. I am assuming that you have not seen any change in BGC till date. Most people miss this change as it sometimes changes back to "not applicable" in few hours in some cases.
Check you account regularly as there will be no e-mail for this change. This happens around a day before medicals or 1-2 days after.
Okay so currently your R10 is being done, keep a check on you BGC status and additional documents status. if there is any change it will be indicative of your documents being received by them.
