This time SINP EE opened with lot of NOC Codes but most of them required certification from some designated boards or organizations..

So beware before applying!!

Under NOC 2173 I find it is suggested to become member of http://www.cips.ca/ the canadian association for information technology, is this mandatory ? I have Express entry created, with CRS 406, can I apply for SINP now ?

The problem is http://www.cips.ca/ website is down. They are giving Certificates to IT people. They can't even manage their own website and SINP needs certificate from this organization. WTF

I agree with your frustration also the membership costs around $200 CAD, which is pretty high. I written an email to the govt of Saskatchewan asking them whether this is mandatory.

That's great. Give us the update about that.

Hello all, I was running an eligibility test for my profile and i got confused about how Years of Experience is calculated. I have over 10 years work experience in a variety of NOCs of which one of my experiences is a NOC in the occupation list.
Do i pick my total Years of Experience (irrespective of the NOCs) or just the years of experience in the NOC i want to base my application on?
