For my husband application we added in the additional family members form my whole family and his whole family full names, birthdays and addresses
I recommend you do the same our paper was done through a lawyer for immigration so I believe he knows better

hello Guys,
I am checking now MyCIC and my status is updated to ( Approved ) this mean my visa have been stamped today and they mentioned also some informations ( my Passport number , and visa number ) also there is expiry date but i am not sure if this the expiry date for the visa ( 2018/06/08) for 10 months

I sent my passport on july 11 as well and we have not gotten it back yet

I have genuine question.

I came in canada in 2014 March. On spouse PR VISA . i got divorce from my wife in 2015.

I was dipressed and was planning to remarry.

In april 2017 I remarried but When i called CIC. They said i have conditional PR and i can't sponser her till next 2019 march.

I am very upset as i need to apply for her visa soon. So that i can see her
Please if any body can help me with my question let me know i am eagerly waiting.

Unfortunately I don't think you can do anything about it.
There is a condition on spouse pr visas where it states that they can't sponsor a new spouse for 5 years if they get divorced so if you got ur PR in March 2014 then you have to wait till March 2019 to sponsor your new spouse

We are really nervous about the visa validity...would abu dhabi VO really provide my husband with only 1 week to land in Canada or will they extend and at least give 30 days or something???
Did anyone hear of a similar experience?

Another solution: she can apply for visitor visa and come stay within 6 months and keep extending it till March 2019

And another one: try to find her a job in Canada and she can come on work permit visa and after 2 years she will be eligible to apply for PR
