OP said he is trying to upload, which means he was able to register to HCP.




OINP portal is usually down after their office hours. Try again at 8-9 am Ottawa time.

This is one of the reasons I see why they temporarily paused the registration since their resources (manpower and their website) cannot cope with the huge number of applications.

I couldn't go past the page where they requested for last name, first name and email address. it keeps telling me "sorry we could not find a match for the information you provided..." Just to give more clarity after my 3 years of work i pursued my MBA full time and now currently working with in different NOC for last 4 years..?

Do i still need to give this document, as i thought we need to show continuous work experience? I have experience certificate , Joining letter but no reference letter?

What are my options if i dont have reference letter? I have rest all details(experience certificate , Joining letter , Form 16)

The continuous work experience should be for one year for your first job. After that it's OK to have breaks in your career. I've had more breaks than jobs throughout my employment history

Ask your ex employer if they'll give a reference letter. If they don't give you a reference letter, you can show the other proofs (joining letter, experience certificate etc) along with a letter of explanation why your employer refused to write the reference.

That's what I am telling you
Try your typing name as in passport exactly ,where your
last name : is the last single name and
the first name : all the series of names before the last name as in the passport ...

For example if you name in the passport is Jack oliango jenssen aligo

First name will be :Jack oliango jenssen
Last name will be : aligo
Mail: your mail ID you used for registering

Provide your pay stubs, tax assessment, bank statement where your salary is credited or anything that can prove you were being paid.

Also, add an LOE and mention that you have provided those documents to prove you were paid for those work experience (pay stubs are actually mandatory as stated on the guide).

I faced the same ,I was logging in with first single name and last single name only for weeks ,till the last glitch in their system this weekend ...after that I was not able to log in ...when I tried placing the entire series of names before the last name in the passport as my first name...it worked!

status changed to Assessment today 25/07/2017

Application submitted 19/07/2017

NOC 2147, crs 379

My status has changed yesterday to assessment too, any suggestions on how much time is remaining in this stage ?
Checking the Processing time report says:

Express Entry – Human Capital Priorities for the applications submitted between March 14, 2017 and July 9, 2017 inclusive should wait for 30 to 60 days.. while my applications was submitted on the 11th of July..

Any suggestions ?
