Send a Case Specific Enquiry and also ask your MP to check. LVO is unpredictable. They could be sending you a remed request in few weeks/months.

I meant to answer your previous question: with the new kit.. they ask for medical BEFORE they start BG check. Not sure about the old kit.

yes you are right, i know my indian friends they almost brought their whole families on visit visas, their sas bahu cousins etc etc. Somehow they are able to get visit visas in couple of days. I think we are portrayed as the second last worst nation in the world so it makes sense our cases are being treated like this.

Following is a requirement for spousal immigration:

Divorce certificates issued in Pakistan must be issued by the relevant union council or government authority. The NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) issued divorce certificate should be included but is not sufficient evidence on its own. You must include the Certificate of Talaq issued by the relevant Union council. In the case of Khula, you should also include the decree of Khula issued by the Family Court.

Now normally one gets a Khula certificate from court which is submitted to NADRA after which nadra will provide the divorce certificate, this way we only have divorce/khula certificate from NADRA and not from family court as that was already submitted to them.

How do I provide decree of khula issued by family court then in this case?

They have extended mine..but its simply showing under medical section...valid until...nothing specifically in notes

If the medical has expired, they can potentially ask for a remed after BGC are in process. Most times they extend the remed, if they are close to making a positive decision on your application. It really varies from application to application.

If they haven't asked you yet, most probably they won't ask you. Just be prepared for the case that they do.
