I have submitted Express entry application and received the email to submit passports. When I submitted application I was at India. However after that I traveled to UK to join with my spouse.
Now, I received email to submit passports in India - New delhi centre. However, I cannot do that.
I need to change the address of myself and would need to submit passport to London office including my spouse and child.
What would be the process? Any idea on this?
Ideally the process is whenever you change your address you need to raise a CSE and update CIC with your new address. If you have done that or not done it only option available is to reply back to CIC on PPR email stating that you have moved and request them to send the new procedure accordingly
In the email that they sent to submit your passports , their should be an email address for th Delhi office - email them and tell them you would like to change processing offices because you have moved . They responded to my request in a week.

I dont have an email of delhi office in email i received from CIC. Did you emailed to DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca?
Do I need to submit a IRCC web form or just forward this email with my request to change address?
