App Approved but PPR not received yet. Hotmail ID can be issue or not?

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that your application was approved and a Ready for Visa letter with instructions was sent on 2017/06/30. Please inform our office if you have not received this letter.

Regards,"

I didn't received PPR from them.

Sorry for asking a very silly question; hotmail email id can be a problem or not? As PPR email is send through long id by CIC, Just wondering that hotmail block email from long email id..... is it? Anyone got PPR in hotmail inbox.?

According to my GCMS notes, my application was approved 7 days before they send out PPR. You should hear from them soon.

Hope you checked the junk/spam folders as well........ If you receive normal e-mails on time then I don't think this could be a reason, request them for another e-mail.

Just ask them to send again.. you will get a new date till which you can send the passport for stamping!!

I want to know hotmail id is issue or not for receiving PPR. If it is, then CIC resend PPR on same email; I may miss it again.
