If I am working in an MNC company(Infy, wipro,TCS) in India and apply for PR in Canada, can I request for intra-company transfer from my company(To show letter of employment)? Will it require them to apply separate visa for me? Will the company need to bear the cost for a separate visa or anything else? What would the company gain/lose?
I believe your objective is to get 50 points for offer of employment. It is not at all easy. It is a very long, hard and time consuming process:
1) Get your company to apply for ICT (intra-company transfer) work permit. This needs to be done by company.
2) After IRCC approves your work permit, you have to come to Canada and work for an year. (Now you will also be eligible for Canadian work experience points)
3) After one year of work in Canada, you need to get a letter from your company which states that you will continue to work in Canada for 1 more year.
4) Once your company gives that letter, you will be eligible for 50 points under offer of employment.

Thanks ajithj! No.. Actually irrespective of points.. Does ICT require them to provide me with a working visa? My plan is, once I receive my ITA, I will need to either show proof of gund or arranged employment. So, now I can request my company for a letter of employment (since I will already have hopes for a PR and will not require a working visa at this stage). Is this possible?

Offer of employment tied to an ICT work visa cannot be used in place of proof of funds.
The offer of employment should be with a LMIA (labor market impact assessment) to be used in place of proof of funds. Getting LMIA is pretty tough and Indian IT companies don't usually process that.
