Can anyone please help me? Has anyone done ECA through IQAS and applied to OINP. What happened if IQAS delayed in sending duplicate copies of ECA?

Aren't the required documents to be soft copy?

Has anyone not submitted the Work Contracts and Still got nominated? I worked as consultant and it was a mutual understanding with my employer and there was no contract involved. It was solely based on Trust.

Please help.

I provided the offer letter (I had for all jobs) and terms and conditions agreement (If any, I didn't had for all jobs) you signed with your employer. I am still waiting for nomination currently it is in DIP.

i have certificate from hospital but not from govt authority...will that do?

Hi guys i made a mistake buy uploading same file for my pay slips and proof of salary deposited in the bank. And forgot to upload the tax assessment file and paid the fee and submitted. And later realize about this error. Please advice what can be done. Should I wait for them to contact me of the missing documents or is their any other way.

in pnp documents requirements they have also mentioned the 'work contract'. i don't have this. i have reference letter as per cic guideline...salary certificate mentioning last 6 months salary and ITR if required. do i still need to provide 'work contract'?

Spouse not required but I had provided in other documents list. You need to have a letter of explanation from government authority for why that is not available and show some other government ID proof as per OINP guidelines. Your CRS score is 436 , do you still want to apply for OINP and waste $1500. I suggest wait for one or 2 draw you will get direct ITA.

Not required. upload what you have reference letters, salary slips and offer letter (if you have any)

Reference Letters, Salary Slips and Bank statements showing salary info. I didn't even submit offer letters.

Not Mandatory but they sometimes ask to produce contracts if they have doubts that you may not have worked. Otherwise, no issue. Good Luck!

Once they send below 400 you will have a chance. At the moment OINP is receiving many applications due to CIC scores being at the higher side. If CIC scores go below 420 then they might send NOI's to below 400 candidates subject to quota remaining by that time.
