yea! wait for NOI, or else wait for a few more draws.

It's only because there was a huge gap between the 65th and the 66th draw that the cut off has risen to 440. But, now it's on a decline. If there is a draw tomorrow, then hopefully you can expect to see a cut off of 400 +/-2 after 4-5 draws.

Evryone around 400 gets NOI but you need to meet the requirements to apply for nomination.
