My current work is started at August, 2015 with 40 hours a week. This month I found my work experience is calculated as 2 years and my score has increased, thus I got ITA. However, my work permit will expire next week and I am going to stop my work tomorrow, which is July 14th, 2017. So will my work experience be considered as 2 years or not in the application of PR? Or should I decline my ITA and wait for next draw with my pervious lower score...?
I mean you have a year of work experience not two years, if by counting only a year of work experience your score goes below the cutoff score for the draw for which you were invited then your application will get rejected.

I don't know your CRS score so I can't comment on that, figure out what your score is by counting only a year of work experience and make a decision based on that.

The July 12 ITA cut-off score was 440 points. If your score with one year of experience is 426, you are not eligible. If you are legally able to complete the 2nd year before you submit your eAPR, you would get credit for the 2nd year.
However, you stated that your work permit will expire before then, and you are stopping work tomorrow. So you will not be able to complete the 2nd year.
You are not eligible to apply for a BOWP until you submit a complete eAPR.
You could apply to change conditions to a visitor, but of course then you cannot work and complete the 2nd year. You could remain in Canada and perhaps find another job (if you can find an employer willing to apply for an LMIA) or explore other immigration pathways. You could wait and see if the CRS scores for the ITAs drop again.
How sad to get so close. So sorry, but you should not accept this ITA.

Yes. It wasn't clear if you were stopping work because of your expiring work permit or because you are leaving your job. Apply for BOWP now, continue to work on implied status, submit your PR application at the end of August or whenever your 2 year anniversary is.

However, I cannot get AOR when I am applying for BOWP so it will definitely be refused.... Maybe Visit Record is a better choice. My anniversary is just August 6th, so my implied status may continue until that date....
