I am planning to finish the 2 years masters and then move to canada. Is this acceptable for CIC? Will they reject me because I plan to move later?

i.e. Should I tell them about my plans in the LOE?

if ielts expires then our profile in express entry automatically expires bcz cic runs some checks before each draw and removes profiles where ielts is expired?

Pretty disappointed at yesterday's draw. The low ITA's are not great and I can't accept my Ontario invite until the end of August and now I'm worried the Ontario PNP stream will close..

If you can wait 2-3 months, dont apply OINP.
