As salam o alaikum, just a random qs, all the immigrant visa expiry is same as your medcial expiry? In all the cases?.. or in some cases its different ?..

Normally the immigrant visa conforms to dates of medical expiry. In some special cases, immigration officer, as a result of interview reasonings , may put some special restrictions but did not ever hear about any such case on this forum.

Yes, whoever, is applying for PR is principal applicant

Like I'm sponsoring my wife, shes principal applicant and I'm the spouse

Ask to take 3000 rupees cash. usually, it will take rupees2000

As per Spread Sheet , in June 2017,16 cases got the DM status from 2016 Applicatns and two cases who applied in Year 2017. One DM status was made on July 04 from lot of 2017.

I am PR holder residing in Canada. My wife got passport request for visa paste from CHC Islamabad, in this letter they are asking for the details about Applicant, Spouse and children. In our case my wife is applicant and there are no children. my question is, do I need to give my details as spouse also?

Please comments and suggest on this matter.

We applied our case with sponsor living outside Canada. Ordered Immigration officer's notes twice and learnt that they were concerned about our intent to return to Canada. We are not successful so far but the sponsor has now returned to Canada. We sent in voluntary proofs of her return and lease agreement etc. Yesterday got a reply from MP that my security and criminality is in progress. We are hoping to get visa soon without being called for an interview. Lets c what happens next

In our case as well sponsor has been living exclusively outside Canada. So we furnished what we beleive was strong proof albeit short of a rental agreement, job offer, university acceptance. But a whole list of other things we submitted whilw applying. When did you apply? When is a good time to order notes? We're March 2017. And lastly, did you make a strong proof of intent case while applying? Just want to get an idea if its routine for them to raise red flags in all proof of intent cases from Pakistan regardless of wheather enough proof was submitted with the application.

My Wife had just put her name as principal applicant. And left the spouse blank.

The lady at the VHS karachi checked the papers and info, she didn't said any thing .

So, Is it ok to leave the spouse section blank ?
Secondly,

The form say to upload the documnets, do we have to upload too as well as post ?

I am excatly at the same stage the one you are in .. my wife is going to submit the passport soon INSHALLAH.. and i fill the spouse section also..
