Hahahhahahahahahhaha, maybe I am an undercover CIC agent here.
Kidding, actually after so much study of the tracker and forum, it gives some tentative idea for broader range prediction, so when we say 15-30 we take in account both the more or less, and that mostly resonates with normal cases.. So sometimes I might be right and others maybe wrong, but I wish i am right for everyone and all get files processed quickly
Provide the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos
I am guessing some studios have their own stamps/seal with the studio name and address. A friend of mine who got his PR last year said that even if the studio doesnt have a seal, we can write the name and address on the back of the photo along with the date
Hey - I am using a consultant as well, but sent an email to CIC from my personal email Account asking for information on the visa office. I know the guideline is 20 days to respond but generally hear people getting to know in a day or two. So let's see if I hear back from them based on my personal email ID.

Hi @SJR_Spencer,
with logic applied, I concur with your reasoning that its plausible to think that CIC wouldn't request for RPRF fee if the application hasn't passed eligibility and that why I wanted to know if request for RPRF indicates that eligibility has passed. The application progress outline is all based on speculation and I would like to think IP2 is when the last batch of check occurs before request for passport.
True. I am also hoping for that. I know there are a lot of April AORs ahead of me but I am hoping for a tinge of luck for my status to change to IP2 based on the fact that I received a RPRF request
Congrats to everyone who got PPR.
I wonder why CIC keeps people waiting for no real reason, people files will be approved and others majority of the components passed but still they wont just issue the PPR mails.

You are absolutely right here, they actually do this. People had files finalised and clear and got PPR after 45 days! I think this 6 months period gives them a free pass.
I really hope they improve their system for all our sakes.
