PPR in September for an April AOR is a late case scenario, PPRs as per current trends are being issued from 85 days to 115 days (for fswo) and quicker for CECs. April 6th FSW-O have got PPRs already. So if all goes well by mid-august or maybe last of week of july, if the VO is a good one

As they say, the word on the street is that they only send you RPRF request if you pass eligibility, because no point in first asking for the money and then refunding it back, so most likely you are through. All the best
I called CIC, they put me on hold for about 15 mins before I could get through. IMO if you just want an update on the application a call is better than an email as it is much faster although the agent will just be able to give you a generic status update.
If you want to raise a specific query or address a specific issue then an email is better as it can be forwarded to your case officer and updated on your file more easily. Wait times with emails vary widely from a few days to never!

And other thing i would like to know is after dialling 1111122 we need to press 0 to talk to agent but if agents are busy they disconnect the call rather keeping on hold.
Is it the right way am following to keep the call on hold to talk to cic agent there
