But I laughed a lot today: I saw a apply for a job at IRCC. "The candidat must be reactive and be able to respect delays"...Is it really our IRCC? or just a very good joke?

Absolutely apply for TRV. If you have not received MR yet, then most likely you won't get PR by August end. FYI, My application reached Ottawa on 12th Oct and I have not received MR. I will consider myself lucky if I get PPR before Sept end. This is probably the most active QSWP group. I would appreciate anyone's opinion on my situation. I am an international student with visa (TRV) expiring August 31st 2017. My QSWP application is in process (application sent Oct 3rd week). Till date I have not received medical request on my application. Given that average processing time is 10 months (end of August), would you suggest I don't apply for TRV and hope to get PR before or apply for TRV anyway? I won't be travelling outside Canada so don't really need a visa. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you
At one moment, I really throught about leave Canada. Honestly, I'm in Canada during 5 years and I don't have the impression to be respect like a future citizen. I'm just another "immigrant" who tries to immigrate...but I have my life here: my love, my studies, my job, my future (as researcher), my cat (he'll be pissed off if I forget him^^)....And by the time it will come we all would be exhausted have lost patience ,excitement , fun and joy.... then it will be like so what....
