Hi,
I am getting very concerned for not being able to take decision on proof of fund document. I am running out of time..Can anyone please go through my case and guide me-
My funds are basically of 2 categories
1. Bank Deposits. I can comply with the requirements of IRCC for these bank accounts. I have been maintaining 2 accounts for almost 2 years with significant amount in one account. I got the amount from my father. Do I need to prepare gift deed for the account which was opened in 2014?
2. Provident Fund Balance. I can't provide average balance and account number for this. Our HR department provides a PF certificate with software generated automated PF statement of last 6 months which include current balance and the date from which PF started. Do u think this document is sufficient? Can I explain in LoE that average balance is not available from HR since they only provide automated statement?
Since the sources of fund are more than one, I will merge documents from 2 sources and submit altogether. Is that Ok? Please suggest me if there is any workaround.
Thanks & Regards
mrzbd
1) A contract is the document you sign when you start employment.
2) One can gain foreign work experience while studying, so it is acceptable.
All the best

Cheers, best of luck in your application.
Hi,
Try ask them for the letter, you never know how they will respond. If they refuse, approach a former superior and ask them to write a notarised letter with the required information. This is a critical part of the application so do the best you can.
Regards
i think my case is quiet similar even my relieving letter dose-not specifies full time and job duties. however i am going to arrange a reference letter in the suggested format that includes all the necessary details on the companies letter head. also additionally I can provide i a superiors letter. would be great if you can advice me format for the same . also the same shall be on a plain paper ( will that be fine )

Hi, I need your advices urgently :
For my 2 years experience , I have simple letter from my employer stating my tenure and role only and now issue is that the company has closed its operations in UAE and no longer existant. But fortunately I can have my senior colleague( also ex-employee) sign a fully detailed letter about my experience with his designation and company card. Is that gonna be sufficient and will it work ?

Hi,
Anything other than the required document leaves room for the officer's discretion. So it's hard to say if it will work or not. Just make sure the letter is notarised to add legal validity and submit it with the experience letter + payslips, if you have them.

Hi guys,
A significant number of rejections are caused by silly mistakes or omission. Particularly in PCCs.
They are all avoidable if you pay attention to detail and simply follow instructions.
See this collection of rejections:

All of them could have easily been avoided.

Hi Tanaka,
I have got my PCC where i found 2 issues. In my passport, the Post Office is 'CHUNTI' but in PCC it is 'CHUNATI'. Again, in Village/House section I have 'RASHIDARGHONA' in passport, but 'RASHIDARGHONA MIYAPARA' in PCC. What should I do now? I don't think I can collect another PCC before the deadline of my e-APR submission.
Please help

Hi,
Just wanted to ask, is your given employer format is for any provision of Canada or only for Ontario?
Hi,
Just wanted to check, is you given format is for only Ontario Provion? Or for other provions also will do?
A work reference letter has nothing to do with provinces. It is used in you PR application regardless of whether you have provincial nomination or not.
It is following these instructions:
"The following documents are
mandatory for each work experience declared:
a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
- should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
- should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits;"

Shouldn't be an issue as these are minor errors. What they really want to know is whether or not you have a criminal record. Submit it as it is and mention it in your PCC.
