Hello All,
I am extremely delighted to see a thread for Quebec immigration as well.
My sister doesnot qualify for Express Entry process, so I thought that maybe we can apply for Quebec. Request you to please help me out with this and please share the process for quebec.
For your information, my sister's profile is as follows:
1. Age: 35 years
2. Qualification: MBA (WES ECA completed)
3. IELTS: 7 overall (L:7.5, R:7.5, W:6.0, S:6.5)
4. Has overall experience of 8 years and more as Professor in an Engineering College
5. Is a single mother of a 10 years old son and is legally separated from her husband.
Looking forward to your help / suggestions guys, as this needed to be done urgently for my sister and her son.
Thanks in advance.
yes....she has enough points to apply for qsw but the whole process is quiet slow as comparative go other programs....you have to be patient
Kindly note that I have started the process for CSQ in May'2012 & it's more than 5 years for me and still waiting to cross the finishing line which is PPR
For me, I started in September, 2011 and the forthcoming September it becomes 6 years. It is a lifetime for itself and can substantially change one's detrimental decisions for life! Now, I wonder if moving to Canada is right at all or not!

you mean Ind_Montreal?
I rememer he got MR long time ago
Well. Spreadsheet says that he received MR on 28th June
What documents do I have to submit for Federal application after receiving CSQ? Please also mention the steps, it will be very helpful.
Thanks

One week end and I hope we'll all be free until October's files (or more perhaps)
So, I'll see you next week!
PS: yeah I know...but I really need some good news...really really!
You need to be patient,,, 13 months they say,,, may be once they will ask for medical they will ask for RPRF and any other docs that they need. ... for some they ask for medical very early and then they wait for next process.
It is always different for different ppl.
Good luck
Yes my friend got medical request after one month of AOR and mine till now..... Im worried coz my email I'd was wrong so I send IRRC request to change my email id after I got AOR. I wanna know due to change in my email id my processing get delay

Dear Mohsen
Now we are very near of the crossing line & this long journey (wait) will end very very soon and we all will reach our desired destination soon. All the very best dear .
Dear Experts,
I have recently got VISA and CORP. But now I am not in a position to relocate. It is possible to enter Canada for couples of days and finish the formalities and return home immediately?
My plan is to collect PR cards from friends who lives in Montreal by FEDEX. What will be the consequences?
I saw this page in CIC as I was searching for something else:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=064&top=10
seems you can ask for Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) if you dont have any PR card.
hope it helps

Nun's ,Longueuil and snow den...
Also, DDO ( Posh, Indian grocery stores and Hindu temple ) and Parc Extension ( Cheap and crowded).
Please also look into Pointe-Claire. Nice English speaking community. Not many Indians but close to DDO, Target, Walmart, Costco, YMCA and Big Mall.

PTRD is like visa for PR holders to enter Canada without PR card. One will need to apply for PRTD in Canadian Visa Office. Costs money and takes weeks.
Better to have PR card in hand than rely on PRTD.
