Was there ever any final answer about the london pilot project? I am a October applicant and my notes state about the file held for pilot project. The notes show due dates for everything to be full 12 months after the day I applied....

Yes I did! Sending it again now, fingers crossed.

They have got to stop misplacing things! I know someone who sent in all the proof asked for and somehow the only thing the VO got was their marriage certificate. All the best to you. at least they are looking at your file, which is a good thing

No didnt send anything later. But we had a big nikkah around 200 ppl and another nikkah dinner with 400 ppl. Whats the nee application kit. We applied in jan so that would be new

Hi Everyone,

Masallah Masallah . I got the message on my CIC online application to send the Passport.

There is one question i want to ask

1) It says " To submit your package to Islamabad:" I live in Karachi - So do i have to go to Karachi office with the documents?

2) On the message, they asked for

• passport copy
• Original passport
• Letter photocopy
• 2 pics

Do we have to take these things over to the office?

3) On VFS website - it says " The VAC consent forms”""" what is this?

4) I am assuming " Passport Transmission Service" is for the return of stamped Passport ....... Do we have to pay this " Passport Transmission Service" fees at the VFS office

Congrats.

1 - You will be taking everything to the VFS global office in Karachi. Since they will ultimately be sending it to Islamabad, the letter from CIC states that you need to send your passport to Islamabad.
2 - Yes you will have to take this with you and these will be submitted (please make sure to fill the appendix A form in the letter)
3 - Ignore this. This gets filled in their office
4 - They charged my wife 1500 for courier service + sms notification. They have stopped delivering passports to your house so you will need to go to their office to pickup as well.

Take your ORIGINAL CNIC for identification purpose (even though they didnt ask my wife for it, but when my parents got their PR they were asked to present thiers, so to be on the safe side take your CNIC as well)

Hi guys need some help!

I was asked to submit additional documents that I submitted in May and it was received by Lvo on 22 of May. Ever since I am waiting for a response from London visa office. I sent them Cse email 2 days ago but there is no answer to that as well. When I check my ecas status it shows medical results have been received but no update after that line.
Do you think I should contact my mp? Since its going to be one year in August.

Congratulations, mashallah. New application like, did you submit any document as showing joint bank account or insurance paper showing spouse under your name or face book posts related to wedding.

It really doesn't matter as London pilot project files are being processed the same way. You can email LVO for a status update or have your MP inquire LVO about the status of your application.

Im curious as you didn't get any add doc request related to rukhsati. Did you mention upfront on your application package that you are a nikkah only couple or did you answer "yes" to the Rukhsati/cohabitation question.
