hello guys. what if na delay yung student visa, and then the classes started already?

share ko na din timeline ko:
Apr 28 - passed my application (paper based)
May 3 - request for medical
May 10 - medical done
and up to now, wala pang update. my class will start on july 4. so papano yun?

Well depende yan. If hahayaan ka pa ng school na pumasok after being late then its all ok. Better question is what if may visa ka pero wala ka ng school.
Some school depend their refund on the length from the start of class. You might not get your $7,000 tuition for 1st sem.
Minsan nagaassk yung VO ng additional documents sayo, like updated LOA kasi nga pasukan na.

Marmaing factor para malaman mo kung gaano kataas chance mo sa student visa.
Kung kasama mo asawa mo pwede siya mag trabaho without a cap. Pwede pa mag double job kung kaya niya.

Thanks for answering senyor Kapatid I have complete docs na po from IELTS acad (8), Scotiabank GIC account ($Cad 10k), proof of funds, acceptance into a DLI, business permits/docs since business started, PSA/police/nbi docs/ form 137 of kids (3 kids eldest 10)/SOP(mine and wife's)/etc. Concern ko lang is mahirap ba makalusot individuals na dala families vs ung mag-isa lang? Based on experience, what are the statistics/batting averages between individuals applying vs individuals with dependents? Is there a chance that I get accpeted and they get denied?

Thanks for answering senyor Kapatid I have complete docs na po from IELTS acad (8), Scotiabank GIC account ($Cad 10k), proof of funds, acceptance into a DLI, business permits/docs since business started, PSA/police/nbi docs/ form 137 of kids (3 kids eldest 10)/SOP(mine and wife's)/etc. Concern ko lang is mahirap ba makalusot individuals na dala families vs ung mag-isa lang? Masusuggest ko sa family is how established are you sa Philippines. Base sa data na binigay mo, kung wala ka sa pinas, ok na dalhin mo na sila with you. Galingan mo na lang sa SOP. Base naman sa statsitcis mas mataas yung individual kasi family ties is a big impact sa application for temporary resident. May chance pero mostly if your application is approve at wala sa kanilang problema, medical and stuff, then pasado rin sila. If denied ka syempre denied sila automatically.

Pwede po open work permit ang spouse and trv kids pwede sila mag aral for free. As far as i know, ang approval ng visa depende talaga sa kung pano mo ma convince ang vo na mag aaral ka lang sa canada, explain well kusak
