If OINP generally speaking is taking 60-90 days to process, that is slightly risky as well because within that time, moving forward a draw could cover your CRS points. However your profile would already be locked because you accepted NOI. So that's also potentially a 3 month loss (-1500 too) excluding the normal processing time for EE FSW.

I am not accepting the NOI for now.. I will leave it open and see the next few draws

Nothing, just wanted to get NOI from onterio. I created my first profile on June 7th but didn't get NOI so I decided to recreate it.

They usually don't hold draws just before or after the Maintenance or even the whole week.
