If OINP generally speaking is taking 60-90 days to process, that is slightly risky as well because within that time, moving forward a draw could cover your CRS points. However your profile would already be locked because you accepted NOI. So that's also potentially a 3 month loss (-1500 too) excluding the normal processing time for EE FSW.
