Nope, I just addressed it that way because I really hope that there is a draw today clearing the way for a further drop in cutoff.

British council is not brutal. At least they allow you to go with some supervisor around. IDP doesn't let you go anywhere. Wanna go pee? Pee in your place, that's what they don't say but want you to and that is BRUTAL

So I updated my IELTS scores and few other details and I clicked on save and exit. Now the status is showing as Update Not Submitted.

Is this some glitch? Should I be worried?

I applied and got mine on the 3rd day but I paid fast track fee. Normally it takes 10 working days. I recommend going for that if you are not in a rush. As I don't live in UK anymore, I ordered one copy to be sent to my current address and one to a friend in UK and had him scan and email me it. International post takes a while to be delivered.
I recommend you do the same

Couldn't help falling asleep. They made us wait, tied to our chairs, for an hour before the test started, couldn't even use the washroom. British Council is brutal!!

It's completely normal. Just wait around 24 hours for the status to be 'submitted'.

There is an option to "transmit" or "submit" the updated application there.

I believe you also have to submit the changes to update your profile. Save/exit like it says only saves and exit the application, doesn't transmit changes.
