Guys.. Can someone please clarify something here I am so confused -
Here is the situation.. Got an NOI from Ontatio about 2 weeks ago (NOC CODE - 6314)
Getting all the required documents ready and hope to submit the application in a week or so..
I am seeing talk of them only nominating certain NOC codes and some NOC codes are full already or close to full..
My questions are as follows -
How do I know if they are going to be sending out nominations to my NOC code and whether the quota for this NOC is full or not?
Once I applied how long could it take to get the nomination based on my NOC code?
Surely if I got an NOI they are interested in me with the above NOC code.. I do not think NOC 6314 is a very common one so cannot really go based on what I read here..
I kind of thought the way it worked was you had to have a CRS score of 400+ in express entry which obviously I do, you then get an NOI if you are of interest to them which I obviously was.. Then you have the 6 months to apply and after that it was more of a first come first served basis but maybe have got this wrong.. I just don't know how long I am likely to be waiting for..
Finally submitted my OINP application today. Hoping for a positive assessment. My biggest concern in POF. About 40% of it is from a monetary gift from my father and I included a gift declaration letter. gathering the documents was not easy at all, but I'm glad I was able to get everything together. Now all I can do is wait.

I would not worry too much about this. If Ontario sent you an NOI then it does mean they are interested on you. The best thing you can do is to get your documents ready and submit your application.
You should refer to the instructions on the OINP web site about the limit on application intake, for instance the faq:
The faq section "OINP Limit on Application Intake" (see questions 3 and 4) seems to indicate that once you are able to register the profile, you should be able to complete and submit the application, and it will be processed.
To be on the safe side, I would think that once you are able to pay the fee and submit, then unless it is considered incomplete it will be processed.
I got stuck with my application on Family Information.
My spouse has a CLB score below 7 and I get this note:
Please note that you are not eligible to apply. To qualify under HCPS, you must have a CLB score of 7 or above in English or French.
What does this mean? That she is not eligible to apply as principal aplicant or that I cannot apply if she has CLB under 7?
Please help! I'm freaking out!
I have few questions and I would be much obliged if you could help answer them.
1. I have total CRS score of 410 which I have updated in my EE profile on Monday 19th Jun, after getting my new IELTS result. Haven't I received any NOI from Ontario? What shall I do? Shall I wait? or is there anything can be done?
2. What is DIP? and where can I check mine? As in EE profile, I couldn't find any field like this.
3. My NOC code is 2133, what are the chances for OINP? Where can I see the quota for this NOC this year?
4. When is the next FSWP draw? Shall I hope to get an open ITA under FSWP
