The status should change to submitted in few minutes. After that, the average time for Assessment is 4-7 Days, DIP 4-7 Days, and Nomination from 7-10 Days. On average it takes 12-23 days from submission to the nomination.
My OINP status changed to DIP yesterday. Today when I logged in to my CIC / IRCC account to check whether there was any message I saw that my account showed "Update Not Submitted". I did not do anything or did not try to make any changes. My nomination section i.e. my details had "update not submitted" and Work history said "In Progress".
I wonder if they are trying to do anything in the account which will enable the 600 points if I'm nominated or there is something that I did to create the mess.
I got stuck with my application on Family Information.
My spouse has a CLB score below 7 and I get this note:
Please note that you are not eligible to apply. To qualify under HCPS, you must have a CLB score of 7 or above in English or French.
What does this mean? That she is not eligible to apply as principal aplicant or that I cannot apply if she has CLB under 7?

I was refused yesterday. They had asked for more details on my NOC and suggested me changing it but i couldn't cause that's indeed my NOC. I explained to HR that a more detailed job description be provided. They apologised and did this for me. I added emails n more evidence showing this is what i do but they have refused me still stating that my job description isn't in line with the lead statement of the NOC. I don't even know that they looked at the additional documents with this feedback.

I feel sorry for you, as I believe you have made all efforts in this regards. If you still want OINP to process your application then you can apply for reconsideration of your case claiming that officer may have overlooked your additional information provided within the stated timeframe. But you will have to produce evidence by creating a separate Job Description Letter that matches with NOC.
I know a case from past with similar demand from OINP as her NOC was not within 5 years I guess, but she was only required to change NOC in EE and make it the primary NOC. She did that and got nominated.
In your case, I believe it was the same thing but you may not have been able to produce required evidence in regards to the NOC they wanted you to make primary NOC.
You have 30 Days to re-open your case and provide documents. If you have a colleague to sign it for you then it may work as you can a get a separate Job Description Letter matching duties with your NOC. Take a day or two to think about your options and you may find a way. Otherwise, remember you still have a chance for a Direct ITA.

As there are many candidates asking a question regarding OINP acknowledging reciept of Additional information, I would like to ask those who have provided additional information or screenshot of rejected ITA to OINP, Have you received any acknowledgment receipt?
Also, do indicate email id used to send and subject as this will help other candidates here trying to send additional information.
Hi guys! I finally get communication from OINP. It said :
" The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has reviewed your online application and your application is missing information and/or documentation, specifically: - FOR GRADUATES OF FOREIGN POST-SECONDARY INSTITUTIONS: An Educational Credential Assessment report issued by an authorized vendor. You have 14 calendar days from the date of this letter to submit the missing information and/or documentation to the OINP by email at: ExpressEntry@ontario.ca Please note: submissions by fax, courier, mail or walk-in will not be accepted."
I already ordered a duplucate report from WES and WES authority already had completed my request. I got their confirmation mail and everything.
What I am concerned about now is: Whether OINP have got the report sent by vendor in e-mail or not? They said the report must be sent through e-mail and NOT in any other form. I am just confused about what I should do now.
