Hi guys,
just need some insight!
Have you guys ever heard of an FSW-O application taking so long (Its been 158 days since eAOR)?
BG still NA!! I am worried because my 30th birthday is approaching and I reckon one looses some points for age at 30.

Ive heard that for FSWO applicant approx time can be taken from 6-8 months, as CIC have to do detail verification as comparison to PNP-Outland where it takes max 5-6 months time. Rest dont worry regarding the decrease of points owing to age as the express entry profile freezes once you submit the PR fees.

Thank you for your reply, much appreciated.
The only thing that is worrying me is that based on the data in our tracker, FSW-O applicants are getting their PPR within 100 days +/- 10 days! Also, if they reject my application after I turn 30, then I will have reduced points in my next attempt!
Could you please tell when did your background check came into progress? And what does additional documents showed? I remember terik you got nomination from nova Scotia.

your profile is frozen when you get AOR, so even if you become older - points remain the same. same story with ielts - it neesd to be valid till you get AOR

All you need to do is submit your passport along with 2 recent photographs (50mm x 70mm). You can get the photos clicked at VFS centre, as they will have a photo studio. Behind the photos, add your name, date of birth and date when the photos were taken.
