No, it doesn't. Just attach a letter stating that your family composition hasn't changed since you applied. Congrats.

Thanks to everyone here for the advice you all gave.. i have been asked to send the passport to ottawa instead... And from my Calculation i believe the application takes between 10 to 11 month to process cos we got a passport request five days before it got to 11 month. I pray we all hear good news IJN

Thank you........ we just emailed the AVO letting the know my husband stays in canal and will request to send the passport to ottawa instead. That was all.

but an automated machine answered and he inputted my
details and they accepted and gave him all my information
also told him that they have requested that i redo another
medical. So the confusion here now is, on my gckey there
is no email and they have not update it on my gckey. Please
i need an advise on what to do.

I don't know how it works these days with the new medical policy. Anyone who has gone for remedial lately did you need to take a form or email sent by AVO?? @Praise 77 or @AnneMariee or @Joshwife

the sponsor will receive letter advising him or her he is eligible for sponsor and in that letter advise to go for medical so u can go to the DOC physians with the letter to complete it.
