Hi,

I recently received an invite to apply and collating all required documents. I have questions w.r.t to experience letter of my past companies and current company. I do have experience, relieving and Job offer letter from my past company but those are dated as when I left the company and not the recent one. Would this work?

Secondly, I checked with my current company HR and they confirmed that they could provide a reference letter without having Job duties or hours per week or salary details mentioned on the same. It would just include the starting date, employee code, working address and it could be electronically generated through system and only valid for 1 month from the generation date?

Please suggest if it would work.
Hi ,
The previous employer relieving letter ,job offer etc are ok with back dates .. if they specify your job responsibilities , designation .Salary , whether you were as part tym or full tym employee.. These details are required on experience letter make sure you provide your salary slips for previous employment .

For the recent one, provide exp letter which defines your job responsibility , designation , joining date , salary ,full tym employee and also provide a visiting card for the Authorize person attached .... To be on the safer side you can also provide your PF details as it's a govt thing so becomes more authentic ... And previous 6 months salary slips ...

I hope dis helps ......

do we have to notarize the e-mail trails shown as proof? I have the ref letter without working hours. however, I've got the working hours stated in two letters signed by my colleague and supervisor which I've got notarized as well.

I have the emails from my HR department which states that it is against company policy to state the working hours on the company letter head. further, the HR manager has also mentioned the working hours in one of the mails. my question is can I just show the emails as it is, or do I have to get them notarized.
If the employer is not willing to mention the no. of working hours in the reference letter, you can check if they can provide the employment as full time, even that would suffice.

It has been mentioned as full-time. And my supervisor has also mentioned the working hours in a separate letter which is not on the company letter head. My question is do I have to notarize the email trails as well?

Hi guys,
I need some suggestions. My CRS points 435 and I am in Canada currently.
I don't have 1-year experience in Canada, so I hope I am not eligible for CEC. but I do have some experience back home.
also, I have AINP and currently I am on an OPEN work permit and working.

I would like to know, can I apply for EE?? as i don't have enough experience for CEC, also i don't have enough funds to show for another category.

Thanks

hi guys,
please i need someone to explain more about this:
LMIA-exempt job offers – Skilled immigrants (Express Entry)

In most cases, your employer needs a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to support your job offer. Some jobs are exempt from needing an LMIA.

For Express Entry, your employer doesn’t need an LMIA if you:

  1. have been working full-time for the employer on your work permit for at least one year (or an equal amount of part-time work)
another one:
In most cases, your current employer does not need to re-apply if they already got a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to hire you.

For example, they do not need to re-apply if:

  • your work permit is still valid
  • you still work for the same employer (in a skilled job) as listed on your work permit
  • you work in a job listed as Skill Type 0, or Skill Level A or B in the 2011 National Occupational Classification, and
  • that employer already got an LMIA to hire you before.
do we need a valid work permit in same time or we just need been working with employer in the past?
Regards

You are required to provide a PCC for any country where you've lived for more than 6 months in total since the age of 18.
