You have 6 months time to register. Ur nomination is valid for 6 months. But once you register then you have to upload it in 14 days.
Don't register just yet. First collect all documents and once you are ready to upload them, then only register. Also make sure that if you have any file. i.e. word or pdf all of them should be below 5 mb .... Only ur passport copies can be of more then 10 mb while others should be 5mb or below 5mb.
Just about 15 minutes ago, received a call from ONTARIO GVT that i meet their criteria but I am no longer in the pool. So I have to decline the current ITA to get the nomination. She also asked me to send the screen shots of ITA declination to ontarion nominee email address.

She said my application is approved, I just need to be back in the pool. I declined my ITA and send the declination screen shots to their email address. They reverted back to me that i will get the nomination in 24 hrs

thanks buddy! keep the faith guys! if we play our cards right, be honest and true about our intentions, one way or the other, everyone's bound to get nominated. it's just a matter of when.
and do make sure that when you get that NOI, you already have all your documents in check before registering for your one key account. 14 days can fly so fast.
