They had a notice up at the login page about site maintenance and certain instability which they have finally taken down.
Fingers crossed for a draw tomorrow. Hopefully a back to back draw so the th cutoff score pulls down for many of.you great folks that need it for an ITA!!!

it depends on the credentials you are sending too..
I had two to be evaluated (Masters -8 semesters) , Bachelor's (3yrs -yearly exams)...different Universities...
it took them 20 working days since receiving the docs at their end...if it had been same University or only one credential,time taken may have been less...also they are sure to communicate with the institution at least to confirm (or if there are some clarification required on the course,grades etcande response time taken by the institution also may cause a delay..

My case is similar but a bit more complex. I trasferred between one university and another during my bachelors and then i have a masters degree at a third university.
Afyer they received all my transcripts it took them 7 days to communicate and send post the results elecrronically on their site.
If your university is slow sending the transcripts it can take more than a month.
