Do I need to submit Graduation Documents?

Hi Everyone,

I have a quick question on the Documents that we need to submit for WES for Educational Assessment. I have done my MBA in IBS Bangalore. For educational assessment, Do I need to send both Post graduation and Graduation (B-Tech) documents to WES or only Post graduation is enough? Please let me know since I am creating an Express Entry profile post to this.

Hi,

In my opinion you should send both as (i have heard/ read) for some people WES has evaluated MBA as bachelor's degree (usually if it is complete from an institute not from university). If you send your bachelors degree as well, the evaluation may be "2 or more bachelor's degree". However, I hope that you get "Post graduate" as your WES evaluation and claim maximum points.

Thanks Gurdeep, also another question, am I supposed to send all the semester transcripts? or Certificate and the main marks memo is enough?

Please ensure the envelope inside which the transcripts are enclosed are SEALED by the university stamp on the flap of the envelope.

You will have to get official transcripts from your Institute/ University. It is recommended that your University sends it directly to WES. However, if you are sending the documents on your own, make sure that they are sealed and stamped by University in an envelope.
