Just a quick question, does an MP have to tell if an interview is required or can they withhold that information? If your MP does not mention an interview does that mean you wont have one? Has any one found out about their interview from their MP? Just let me know!

Yes your MP can get that interview information from CIC if it is required or not as my MP did that for me

It says decision made when I login to ECAS using my wife's info

I do not know how to upload pictures on this forum, considering the image upload option is asking me to enter the image URL rather than giving me an option to upload a locally saved file.

Can you click into it and copy/paste the text (updates like the one I added below)? I'd like to know what updates were added there.

However, some member got within 18 days. A guy from VSF said only 10 days but I doubt

my wife got her stamped passport back from lahore within 10 days, though some members have reported wait times of up to 3 weeks (worst case).

Eid holidays are coming so I'm expecting a slight delay in the return of passport

yeah, might be a slight delay.

my wife's passport was in islamabad when imran khan was threatening to lock the city down back in october 2016. i thought that'd also delay the whole process but thankfully it didn't. the VFS is usually pretty fast.
