Thanks sir. I have already sent a query to NDVO and CIC through CSE. NDVO"s email address is not working. The message I got from service provider that their inbox is full and not in a condition to receive any email now. The new tension is, how wiil we send RPRF and Passport bio pages at that email address? Let's see.

I think for safe side you have to be ready with new PCC.
Because you have to reply them and submit all required documents within a month.

No you don't need to submit it again if one year is not completed yet bcoz it has validity of 1 year only afterwards you have to submit new one

No the forms are not attached. The email says that Medical forms and instructions will be sent separately in next 48 hours.
