Because I was applied for the first time an OPW, I selected "An initial work permit or a with a new employer" and for my spouse, we selected "A work permit with the same employer" because she had already an open work permit before.
Like I said because it was a OPW, I didn't have a verification of Employment.

When I checked my application which I have linked with GC Key, I found that it is telling me "Your action is required" in details section but i don't see anything in the messages.

When I tried to check status and messages, I can see that application is in progress . When I checked each of the application status, I didn't get one of the statuses.
"Review of additional documents" : We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details.

But I don't see any messages for my application.

you should see a message when you click on the line that told you "we need ....".

try to use another web browser, I think Firefox works fine

I have same status. This is due to recent system upgrade. You can safely ignore this discrepancy until you see an actual message showing what additional documents are required from your side. We have decided this issue in several threads in last 7-10 days.

If you are still concerned then please call CIC to clarify.

Based on the timeline, the Ottawa visa office only sends DM to the QSW applicants between the 2nd to the 13th day of each month, about 5-7 working time. Therefore, the DM may stop this month. Hope I am wrong this time.
