He is November 2016 applicant. We need to know first when he applied to visit visa ??

I don't think CIC works that way, Urgency mean you will jump the queue FIRST IN FIRST OUT. And that will be injustice to the applicant waiting for long time. Who doesn't want to live with his family as soon as possible.

Can someone please confirm if the following documents are sufficient for submission at VFS Karachi:
- Passport
- Completed Appendix A (that came with PPR)
- PR photos (as requested in the PPR)

- Do that ask for anything other than those noted above? What is the fee and how long does it take for them to return the passport (in general)?

No I didn't receive ppr yet but i sent 50*70 photos with application that's why just asking.

1 day to a month is the range iv noticed.
