Finally they wrote something....

• If you are unable to submit a document on time as a result of the technical difficulties, try again over the next few days. If you are concerned about missing your deadline, submit the requested documents using the IRCC Webform.
• You may see an incorrect application status asking for a medical exam or additional documents. If you actually need to send any documents or do a medical, you will see a message in your account and a letter explaining what you need to do.

8.5 months on average. Some times of the year ppl get it in 6-7 months too.

Did you send any inquiry emails for status etc or any requests to process it fast ??

No I did not send any thing to them!! My lawyer suggested to apply for visit visa, which was rejected but that was the strategy to signal urgency in processing

8.5 months on average. Some times of the year ppl get it in 6-7 months too.

Wow you guys are lucky lol it took me more than 3 years and that was an average. I was asking cuz one of my friend wants to apply for his spouse.
