After waiting almost a month after my relationship interview I found out today that my application was refused.
What are my options?
I haven't receive the letter as yet so I don't know the reasons for the refusal.
Hi,
I have question regarding Inland PR confirmation. I have my PR in process and i am expecting a PPR request soon. I currently reside in Toronto. I came to know that PR landing can be done within canada by making an appointment once the PR confirmation letter is received. Does anyone have any idea about what is the processing time to wait for toronto appoinment?? can i do the appointment in ottawa? what are my options..

I'm so sorry to read that. I don't know if you can appeal for inland sponsorship. But the sponsor might try contacting the MP to at least get the refusal letter. Knowing what were the reasons, you might be able to address their concerns and resubmit a new application.

There will be no PPR with inland sponsorship. You will get the confirmation letter (CoPR, Confirmation of Permanent Residence) only at the landing interview. For the landing office, it's based on your postal code, so you have no options but to wait for them to contact you. If you land in the Etobicoke office, from what people posted here and in the 2016 inland thread, you should expect an appointment about 6-8 weeks after you received the DM letter.

Best of luck in any case!
When you'll get the letter, it might worth to consult an immigration lawyer to evaluate whether the best is to reapply or to appeal. I read before that appeal are very long to process and sometimes it's just easier to reapply.
Again, I'm very sorry for the refusal. I wish you a lot of courage and best of luck with the process.

If you want, when you'll have the letter, you may post the content here (of course removing all personal information), maybe some senior forumers will be able to guide you on what will be the best way to go.

So sorry to hear. How did you think the interview went?
Wait until you get the letter explaining the refusal and then contact your MP to seek some assistance. Hopefully you have a good MP that will want to help.
I do not think inland applications can appeal but wait to find out the reason.

If you can address/have addressed the issues which you will know when you receive the letter and the MP's assistance/intervention does not work then I would reapply again. My heart goes out to you.
