I am in BC. Inland applicant . I never went for upfront medical because I was advised not to due to being a paper applicant. I am on a WhatsApp group and they had the same status and received their medical request, they are not inland though, so I don't know.

haha, it seems your processing speed beats others, i believe after Medical check done, you would receive PR request within 3 months. can you add me in that whatsapp group?

I sent my PR application with a BC pnp on Dec 28th.
AOR: Feb 9th
March 8: additional documents and reminder of RPRF.
I submitted extra documents and a copy of RPRF to CIO Sydney and got a message that it has been received. Then nothing after that
I see most people here receive an email of second AOR or message of file transfer to VO, but i did not get anything.
Does it mean CIO Sydney will process my pr application as my VO?

For inland applicants, CIO is your primary office whereas Ottawa CPC should be marked as secondary. Unless they have compelling reason to transfer your file to your home country, it is processed within Canada. You wont receive a second AOR aka file transfer. Since you have already submitted required documentation per request, the next you should expect is a medical request.

My CIC account showing they have requested medical but i did not get any message/email(checked spam). What should i do now?
(Is it possible that they update cic account first and takes time to send message/email?)
