Yes, we have the same timeline. I am an inland applicant and the VO is Ottawa. Nothing new yet, still waiting.....Just got a correspondence on February 23rd in order to send them my CV and a letter regarding my intention to reside in Quebec.
I heard from my friends that the procedure would take longer for Ph.Ds? Is it correct?

I have no idea, but I am not a PhD student...

Yeah, definitely. My colleague who submitted around last June 10th still has nothing new yet...

We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details. Help

But none of message or email received . little bit worried

Somehow they have mentioned this thing on their website "Our Online services are currently experiencing delays. We are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience."

Maybe soon it will get fixed .
